Mary Katrantzou's is a collection that I look forward to each season. I've come to expect, innovative creations which are colorful graphic and exotic. This spring collection is just that, made a bit more fanciful with the addition of tassels, trains (not so crazy about those), and those lampshade-like skirts. The tompe l'oeil details are especially stark and inviting. As I view each piece, I envision the French Riviera, dining at a chic sidewalk cafe, completed with a stop into the local Patisserie for a luscious pastry of some sort. Mary Katrantzou certainly knows how to capture and hold our attention!
